What's the difference between the two packages?+
Both packages include exactly the same protection and 4 years of coverage. The only difference is how you pay: R999 on installation plus R179/month for 24 months, or a single once-off payment of R4,999.
How does the monthly Premium payment work?+
You pay R999 when we install your device. The R179/month debit order starts 30 days after installation and runs for 24 months.
What does the once-off option include?+
Everything in Premium — anti-theft, anti-hijack, hidden sequence start, live tracking, remote fuel cut and engine shutdown, recovery assistance, the Lock IQ mobile platform, professional installation and armed & medical emergency response — for R4,999 with nothing extra to pay monthly.
How long does installation take?+
Most installations are completed in under 3 hours by a certified Lock IQ installer at a location that suits you.
Do I need to register before paying?+
Yes — we ask you to create an account and book an installation slot first so your vehicle, address, and preferred time are locked in before we take payment.
What happens if I miss a monthly Premium payment?+
You'll receive a reminder and a short grace period. Persistent non-payment may temporarily suspend Premium features until settled.
